1/2 head of garlic
1.6kg mince meat
800g crushed tomatoes
800g bouillon
200g frozen spinach
salt pepper parsley paprika chiliflakes basil oregano cumin
Optional: Red wine to taste
(For bolognese: 2.5 dl creme fraiche & 1dl cheese)
600-750g lasagna plates
Bechamel:
50g butter
3/4 dl flour
5dl milk
1 dl cheese for béchamel
Remove skin and chop vegetables (in a processor) and fry in a pot until soft. Add mince. Add rest of the ingredients and boil for 20min.
Build lasagna. Bake at 250C 25min.
