A fudgy rich brownie with cookie dough inside it, the best of two worlds.
Ingredients for the Brownie:
250g sugar
2 eggs
100g flour
30g cocoa powder
1tsp salt
50g chocolate chips
125g dark chocolate, melted
170g butter, melted
Instructions:
Whisk together the sugar and the eggs.
Add the dry ingredients.
Mix in the melted butter and chocolate.
Pour into a square or rectangular tin, the one I used was 19x25cm.
Ingredients for the Cookie dough:
100g butter, softened
125g light brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
110g flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
50g chocolate chips
Mix butter and sugar.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Roll into balls and push down into the brownie batter.
Bake at 170C for 30min.
Let it cool completely before cutting.
